- Content CMS: Organizing Highspot/Seismic libraries so reps can find assets
- Onboarding Logistics: Scheduling bootcamps and tracking progress
- Certification Tracking: Ensuring reps are certified to sell

- Correlation between training completion and quota attainment
- Content usage analytics (What gets sent? What gets opened?)
- Ramp time analysis
- Skill gap analysis
